Pesado He[%] - High Extraction Basket

The Pesado High Extraction coffee basket has been specially designed to give you the most out of your espresso. The larger number of holes compared to traditional baskets generally achieves a higher TDS in testing. This is likely due to a higher and more even flow rate through the basket when compared to traditional baskets.

Dosing:

Small Basket 15g-17g*
Medium Basket: 17g-19g *
Large Basket: 19g-21g *

*this is a rough guide, this obviously depends on the density of the coffee.

HE baskets will fit all Pesado commercial 58mm Spouted, Naked & Hybrid portafilters.

Please Note: HE baskets are not compatible with Sage 58mm models (both Sage OEM & Old Pesado portafilters, sold pre April 2024) This basket is compatible with new Pesado Sage 58mm Hybrid handles sold from April 2024 onwards. E61 Machines may need an 8mm gasket. We cannot accept returns where baskets have been used.
