The Pesado High Extraction coffee basket has been specially designed to give you the most out of your espresso. The larger number of holes compared to traditional baskets generally achieves a higher TDS in testing. This is likely due to a higher and more even flow rate through the basket when compared to traditional baskets.

Dosing:

Medium Basket: 17g-19g *

Large Basket: 19g-21g *

*this is a rough guide, this obviously depends on the density of the coffee.

HE baskets will fit all Pesado commercial 58mm Spouted, Naked & Hybrid portafilters.

Please Note: HE baskets are not compatible with Sage 58mm models (both Sage OEM & Pesado portafilters) This basket is compatiable with most commercial 58mm OEM portafilters and machines. E61 Machines may need an 8mm gasket. We cannot accept returns where baskets have been used.
